Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate Account closure.
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their jp678 login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. jp678 will treat any login made using your credentials as authorized by you and will not be liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Members may request Account closure at any time by contacting jp678 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the Member's verified payment method following standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus Funds not meeting wagering conditions will be forfeited upon closure.

Deposits made via e-wallet or real-time bank transfer are credited to your jp678 Account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. All deposits are received and held in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). jp678 does not accept foreign currency deposits. Any funds transmitted in a currency other than IDR will be subject to conversion at prevailing market rates, and any conversion costs will be borne by the Member.
Withdrawals are available to Members whose Accounts have completed the applicable KYC verification process. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be held in a pending state until verification is finalized. jp678 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing any withdrawal.
Withdrawals are processed to Indonesian bank accounts (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, BSI) registered in the Member's name. Withdrawals to e-wallets may be available subject to platform policy at the time of the request. jp678 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
jp678 targets the following withdrawal processing times from the moment a request is approved:
Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, Indonesian public holidays, or when additional verification is required. jp678 is not liable for delays attributable to the receiving bank or payment provider.
The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum withdrawal limits per transaction and per day are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account and may vary based on your Account verification status and transaction history.
Withdrawal of funds that originated as Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion. Real-money deposits that have not been subject to bonus terms may be withdrawn at any time, subject to KYC verification and standard processing procedures.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available by jp678 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet sizes. Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "turnover requirement") before they become eligible for withdrawal. jp678 reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to suspend or permanently close Accounts, where it determines — at its sole discretion — that a Member has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same promotion, placing low-risk or hedged bets designed to satisfy turnover requirements with minimal risk, exploiting technical errors, or coordinating with other Members to manipulate promotional outcomes.
Bonus Funds that are not wagered within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Member's Account balance automatically. jp678 does not restore expired bonus balances except in cases of demonstrable technical error on the Platform's part.
A bet is accepted and binding only when jp678's system has confirmed the transaction and issued a bet reference number. Bets that are placed but not confirmed due to technical failure, loss of connection, or system error are not valid and will not be settled. Stake amounts for voided bets are returned to the Member's balance.
Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with jp678's published sports betting rules, which cover event cancellation, postponement, abandonment, result disputes, and mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) settlement. In the event an event is abandoned before completion of the minimum required period of play, affected single bets will be voided and stakes returned.
